About us
A two-field company that would rather be judged on how it works
We build software and we supply agricultural products. PNH would rather be judged on the quality of what we deliver, on how we keep our commitments, and on the responsibility we take for every project and every order.
Mission and vision
Our mission
To create value through quality agricultural production and reliable cooperation — supplying agricultural products our partners can plan around, season after season.
Our vision
To develop into a trusted high-technology agricultural business — bringing technology into cultivation, post-harvest handling and traceability, and growing sustainably alongside the growers we work with and the partners we supply.
What we actually do
Five connected activities, one point of responsibility
We cultivate and produce agricultural products, work with growing partners to plan supply, handle and pack after harvest, trade across several product lines, and deliver the result. Most of our customers need more than one of those, and would rather not coordinate several suppliers to protect a single consignment.
Being one partner across those activities is not a slogan about integration. It means one contact, one written specification, one delivery schedule and one place to raise a problem — which is usually the part that matters.
- Cultivation and production planned against buyer requirements
- Cooperation with growing partners ahead of the season
- Post-harvest handling, grading and packing to specification
- Trading and distribution across several product lines

High-tech agriculture
One company running both an agriculture business and a software business
PHÚC NGUYÊN HƯƠNG operates two arms side by side: agricultural production and trading, and software development. Both sit inside the same company, so technical capability is not something we have to go outside for when the supply chain needs it.
Our direction is to apply that capability to our own supply chain — season planning, lot identity, inspection records and traceability. What already runs today is listed here. What is still being built, we will describe when it is actually running.
- A written specification agreed before an order is confirmed
- Lot identity maintained from intake through to dispatch
- Inspection findings recorded and sent with the consignment
- The company's own software team, not an outside vendor

Core values
What we do not trade away
Values are worth publishing only if they would ever cost you an order. These would.
Quality
A written specification for every consignment, checked at intake and again before dispatch. Quality is a procedure here, not an adjective.
Responsibility
Responsible cultivation and handling practices, and honest treatment of the growers and staff the supply depends on.
Integrity
Clear specifications, itemised quotations and straight answers about grade and availability — including the inconvenient ones.
Cooperation
We plan with growers and buyers rather than trading against them. A supply relationship that only works in a good season is not a partnership.
Continuous improvement
Every rejected lot and late delivery is reviewed and fed back into how we select, handle and schedule. Improvement is the point of measuring anything.
Business philosophy
How we would like to be judged
Three habits that sound obvious and are unusual enough in practice that we will put them in writing.
Quality decides everything else
Grade, condition and consistency are agreed before an order is confirmed, and checked before it leaves us. Everything else in the relationship depends on getting that part right.
Say what we can supply
Agricultural supply moves with the season. We would rather confirm a realistic volume and hold to it than accept an order we would have to apologise for later.
Answer quickly and plainly
Every enquiry gets a named person and a clear answer — including when the answer is that we are not the right supplier for it.

A supply relationship that only works in a good season is not a partnership.
Customer commitment
What every customer gets, whatever the order size
Not tiered by volume. A trial consignment gets the same named contact, the same written specification and the same honesty about availability as a season-long programme.
A named contact
A single point of contact stays with you from first enquiry through to delivery. You will not repeat your requirement as you work with us.
An agreed specification
Grade, size, condition and packing are written down before an order is confirmed, so both sides are judging the delivery against the same thing.
Realistic availability
Volumes and delivery dates are confirmed against the season, the capacity of the growing areas and what can realistically be supplied, so that every supply commitment has a basis behind it.
Flexible order sizes
Start with an order that suits you, as a way to test quality and availability before we build a long-term supply programme together.
How we work
Six stages, each with a defined input and output
This is the whole process, not a simplified version of it.
Enquiry
You tell us what you need. A named contact picks it up and confirms whether this is supply we should be taking on.
- You give
- Your requirement, product, volume and delivery window
- You get
- Acknowledgement with a named contact
Consultation
We work through product, grade, packing and timing — and discuss what the season can and cannot support.
- You give
- Your specification, target volume and required dates
- You get
- An agreed written specification and a realistic supply window
Quotation
An itemised quotation against the agreed specification, with the volume, packing, delivery terms and validity stated in full.
- You give
- Confirmed specification and delivery requirement
- You get
- Written itemised quotation with terms and validity
Production and sourcing
Growing, harvest or purchasing is planned against your confirmed order, with selection made to the specification we agreed.
- You give
- Confirmed order and agreed schedule
- You get

Preparation and delivery
Grading, packing and a final condition check before dispatch, then delivery to your receiving hours with complete documentation.
- You give
- Delivery address, receiving window and packing requirement
- You get
- Consignment delivered with its specification and documentation
Ongoing supply
After delivery we stay on the account: the next window, repeat volumes, specification changes and anything that came back to us.
- You give
- Feedback, repeat requirement or an issue to resolve
- You get
- A resolution and a plan for the next supply window
Next step
Start with something small
A trial consignment is the fastest way to find out whether any of this is true. We would rather you tested us on one than took our word for it on a programme.
We will review your information and reply once we have received your enquiry.
