How we work

Enquiry to ongoing supply, in six stages you can hold us to

Most suppliers publish this as six words in a row of icons. Ours names what you give us and what you get back at every stage, because that is the part you can actually check.

The process

Every stage has an owner, an input and an output

Nothing here is aspirational. If a stage cannot produce its stated output, we tell you at that stage rather than at the delivery date.

  1. Enquiry

You tell us what you need. A named contact picks it up and confirms whether this is supply we should be taking on.

    You give
Your requirement, product, volume and delivery window
    You get
Acknowledgement with a named contact, within one working day
  2. Consultation

We work through product, grade, packing and timing — and say plainly what the season can and cannot support.

    You give
Your specification, target volume and required dates
    You get
An agreed written specification and a realistic supply window
  3. Quotation

An itemised quotation against the agreed specification, with the volume, packing, delivery terms and validity stated in full.

    You give
    Confirmed specification and delivery requirement
    You get
Written itemised quotation with terms and validity
  4. Production and sourcing

Growing, harvest or purchasing is planned against your confirmed order, with selection made to the specification we agreed.

    You give
    Confirmed order and agreed schedule
    You get
Product selected and reserved against your programme
  5. Preparation and delivery

Grading, packing and a final condition check before dispatch, then delivery to your receiving hours with complete documentation.

    You give
Delivery address, receiving window and packing requirement
    You get
Consignment delivered with its specification and documentation
  6. Ongoing supply

After delivery we stay on the account: the next window, repeat volumes, specification changes and anything that came back to us.

    You give
Feedback, repeat requirement or an issue to resolve
    You get
A resolution and a plan for the next supply window

If a stage cannot produce its output, you hear about it at that stage.

Our commitment on supply

In practice

What you get at each stage

The outputs from the six stages, gathered in one list. If any of them are missing on your order, that is a failure on our side and we would like to hear about it.

  • A named contact from the first enquiry through to repeat supply
  • Acknowledgement of every enquiry within one working day
  • A written specification agreed before the order is confirmed
  • Itemised quotations that show what drives the price
  • Volumes and dates confirmed against what the season supports
  • Condition checked at intake and again before dispatch
  • Complete documentation delivered with the consignment
  • A review after delivery, including the ones that went fine

Questions

Questions about working with us

Including what happens when a consignment is not right, which is the question worth asking any supplier.

Which agricultural products do you supply?
Durian is our current featured product, alongside tropical fruit, fresh vegetables, dried agricultural products, grains and staples, and seedlings and farm inputs. The range is planned to grow — if what you need is not listed, ask, and we will tell you plainly whether we can supply it.
How is quality agreed and checked?
Grade, size, condition and packing are written into a specification before an order is confirmed. Product is checked against it at intake and again before dispatch, and the specification travels with the consignment so both sides are judging the delivery against the same document.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the product and the season, and we would rather discuss it than publish a figure that turns away a good customer. Trial consignments are welcome — we prefer a small first order to a large one placed on trust neither side has earned yet.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Enquiries are acknowledged within one working day. A quotation follows once the specification and delivery window are agreed; if a season affects what we can commit to, we will say so at that point rather than after you have ordered.
Can you supply against our own specification?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send your specification, your packing format and your acceptance criteria, and we will confirm what we can meet before quoting — including anything we cannot.
How do you work with growers?
Where possible we plan volume, variety and harvest timing with growing partners ahead of the season, on terms agreed in advance. Supply arranged before it is urgent is better for the buyer, the grower and the product.
What documentation comes with a delivery?
As standard: a delivery note, the agreed specification for the consignment, and lot identification so a delivery can be traced back through our handling. Where a destination or a buyer requires additional documentation, tell us at quotation stage.
What happens if a consignment is not right?
Tell us immediately and send what evidence you have. We will agree what happened against the written specification, put the delivery right, and feed the cause back into selection and handling. Agricultural supply has variation in it; how a supplier handles the exception is the part worth judging.

Next step

Stage one starts with a message

Tell us what you need. If we are not the right supplier for it, you will get that answer within a working day rather than a quotation that quietly never arrives.

We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
